Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first session, my main focus is to make the player feel comfortable and confident. I start by evaluating their basic level through simple ball control, coordination, and movement exercises. I also introduce the fundamentals of the game in a fun and engaging way, making sure they enjoy the process while learning the basics.
Lesson 11+In the following lessons, the training becomes more advanced and personalized. I focus on refining technique, improving decision-making, and building game intelligence. The player will also start applying their skills in more competitive and realistic scenarios, preparing them to perform confidently in games.
Lesson 4-10At this stage, we focus on developing stronger technical skills and confidence on the ball. The player will start working on more structured drills, including dribbling, passing under pressure, and game-like situations. Progress becomes more noticeable, and we start building a solid foundation for real game performance.
Lesson 2-3During these lessons, we begin building consistency with the fundamentals. The player will start improving basic ball handling, passing, and coordination. I also begin introducing simple technical habits and correcting early mistakes in a supportive way.
