Baseline session. We will understand where you or your kid is at… Meaning we will go over basic skills and see if you are able to take on more challenging tasks, or if you are a beginner, see where you are at, and improve on all aspects of your game listed below.
TECHNICAL: Footwork, Foot speed, Close space dribbling, Both feet dribbling and level of touch.
TACTICAL: Attacking scenarios, defending scenarios, Soccer Iq, baseline understanding of the game and your preferred position.
PHYSICAL: Speed, Change of direction, Fitness.
Through 11+ sessions with me, you will notice a big difference and change in your game, through technical skills and a better understanding of what it takes, we will polish your skills and use them in game scenarios, We are only getting started!
We know your goals as a player. Continue to grow as a team and really polish new skills and experience through my training course. We will still work on technical skills but now more focused on speed of play and development of getting to your next level, as long as the physical aspect like speed, endurance and strength!
Now i know where you are at, and we can explain in detail how to become a better player and version of yourself on the field. Going through mostly technical skill based work. Working on both feet and ball control and other aspects listed like: Shooting, dribbling, passing, attacking and defense.
Just like my beginning player program, we will go through a baseline. Including basic drills you have done before i’m guessing. I want to see where you are technically and tactically. For my advanced players, most importantly physical side. 90 percent of a premier league game is played off the ball, meaning we will see how well in shape you are. Don’t get me wrong, I am here to get your touch and ability on the ball as sharp as it can be, DO NOT expect a 60 minute session to be sprinting and dead end fitness work. It is a big part of the sport, but we will get you the best touch and technical ability on every pitch you step on!
