1. Introduction, plan for a day.
*** Introduce yourself warmly
*** Emphasize that the goal is to have fun and learn at their pace
*** Reassure them it's okay to make mistake, that's how we learn.
2. Basic Orientation to the game 5-10 mins
*** No hands (except the goalkeepers)
*** Objective: score by kicking the ball into the other team's goal
*** Work as a team, pass and move
*** Show the field and point out the goal, sideline, and center
3. Warm-up
*** Light jogging or dynamic stretching (tag game or follow the leader works well for kids)
*** Introduce the ball with very basic exercises:
βToe taps on the ball
β Roll the ball back and forth with sole
β Simple dribbling in a small area
4. Fundamental Drills (15-20 mins)
A. Dribbling
*** Use Cones to make a simple big zig-zag course
*** Emphasis keeping the ball close and using both feet
B. Passing
*** Partner up (or with coach)
*** Pass back and forth using the inside of the foot
*** Reinforce correct technique (non-kicking foot beside ball, follow through)
5. Fun Mini Game (10-15 mins)
*** Play a small-sided game (1v1 or 2v2 if others are present)
*** No pressure on scoring - just encourage movement, dribbling, passing

1. Apply fundamental skills under pressure and in game-like situations
2. Improve tactical understanding (when to pass, shoot, press)
3. Develop game fitness, awareness, and decision-making
4. Learn roles and responsibilities based on positions
5. Complete with confidence in scrimmages or matches
