Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStandard Q&A to get an understanding of where you’re at within the game and what your goals are - then start with some drilling to see where your skill level is at.
Lesson 11+Build where we find gaps in your game and also start to develop an overall approach that you can take outside of the game.
Lesson 4-10Continuing on we then start to shape how other players interact with you and we discuss strategies and formations that may or may not be played within the game. Including technical drills.
Lesson 2-3Based on what happens in the first lesson we sculpt and aim to shape our lessons where you need growth in your game and to utilize your strengths where possible. Including strength and conditioning.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonOverall player assessment of complete physical fitness and skill level.
Lesson 11+Formulating a plan of execution that they can take with them no matter where they go.
Lesson 4-10Building those areas while enhancing their sub categories
Lesson 2-3Identifying where growth needs to occur within one’s game and finding out the players overall focus areas.
