My name is Juan mogollon I was born a raised in Barranquilla Colombia professionally as coach I have experience with TRY SOCCER FOOTBALL AGENCY in Bogotá Colombia and with CELAYA FOOTBALL CLUB in MEXICO D.C I’m very patient and a calm person where working with child’s I’m very Caring , kind and I understand kids very well because I have two children of my own ages 8 and 12 I consider myself a coach who highly values discipline and teamwork , but also like my players feel confident

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first training session, we are going to evaluate your skills. First, I will observe and take notes to see what level you are currently at. I want to get to know you and for you to get to know me as well. We will assess your physical and technical abilities in order to create a strong training plan for the following sessions.
Lesson 11+Starting from the 10th session, we will notice major changes in your mindset. At this stage, we will focus on becoming a standout player. Your family and friends will notice your improvement, and your coach will begin to see the confidence and determination in your eyes. Your abilities with both your left and right foot will become very strong.
You will have a much better chance of earning a spot in the starting lineup, greatly improving your performance, and maintaining your position on the team. In addition to that, we will begin to stand out when scouts from schools, universities, or professional organizations come to evaluate players for professional opportunities and scholarships for your studies.
Lesson 4-10Between the 4th and 10th sessions, we will start noticing changes in your physical condition and technical skills. You’ll realize that the things that once felt very difficult will begin to come naturally and automatically. We will build greater confidence with the ball and improve your vision of the game. You will notice a huge difference in your next official match with your school, university, or professional team.
Lesson 2-3In the second and third sessions, we are going to focus on your weaknesses, improving the areas where your technique and practice need work. At the same time, we will take advantage of your strengths and help you perform at your highest level possible.
Youth players
Working with kidsToday’s soccer puts a lot of pressure on children and does not always allow them to freely develop their abilities. With our young players, we must focus on helping them enjoy the game and truly fall in love with it. They should look forward to every training session and every match. We want them to see soccer with passion and excitement — as a dream, not just as a physical activity.
Working with teenagersWhen we begin working with teenagers, we must focus on their mindset and on what they want for their future. This is the most important stage because it is where the difference between a professional player and an amateur player is often defined.
There needs to be strong communication and trust between the player and me so I can understand how to strengthen their mentality, help them develop their abilities on the field, and guide them toward achieving their dream of earning a scholarship or playing professional soccer.
