Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I focus on teaching the basics such as dribbling, passing, and introductory team concepts. I make it a point to emphasize teamwork and encouragement to help build confidence in my players. I use fun drills and games to keep the practice engaging and enjoyable.
Lesson 11+From lesson 11 onwards, I concentrate on advanced tactics, fitness conditioning, and game intelligence. I work with players to perfect their individual skills while also engaging them in competitive match scenarios to prepare them for real-game situations. I provide personalized feedback to support each player's growth and development.
Lesson 4-10In lessons 4 to 10, my emphasis is on deeper skill development with a focus on specific techniques such as shooting and defending. I introduce more complex drills and tactical awareness to help players grasp game strategies. We create increased game scenarios for practical application of skills and teamwork.
Lesson 2-3During lessons 2 and 3, I shift the focus to refining the skills we've learned previously, including advanced dribbling techniques and accurate passing. I introduce simple tactics and positioning to help the players understand their roles on the field. We incorporate small-sided games to enhance the gameplay experience and foster teamwork.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson with advanced players, I focus on fine-tuning their existing skills while introducing more complex technical drills. I emphasize strategic thinking and decision-making, encouraging players to analyze their gameplay critically. We also run high-intensity training sessions to ensure they are prepared for competitive play.
