My daughter has been training with Coach Kayla for almost two years and the growth we’ve seen has been incredible. Her speed, footwork, and strength have improved tremendously. Thanks to Coach Kayla’s training, she earned a spot on her club’s DPL team as well as her high school soccer team.

My daughter has been training with Coach Kayla for the past year and the improvement has been incredible. She used to struggle with running form, footwork, and balance, but now she’s one of the fastest players on her team. Her conditioning has also improved so much that she’s able to perform at a high level for the entire game.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDuring the first lesson, each player will complete a structured evaluation measuring balance, coordination, strength, speed, and conditioning. This assessment allows me to understand your or your child’s current abilities and identify specific areas for growth. Using these results, I will create a personalized training plan that focuses on building the skills and fitness necessary for long-term soccer success.
