Good morning Kyle. I just wanted to share some great feedback that I received from one of your team parents. You were praised for creating a positive environment for your players and helping them develop leading to the team getting some of their first club wins. You were also praised for being a good balancing voice for your assistant who we know can be intense at times. This parent told me that last year, his son was ready to quit club soccer, but that this year he is really enjoying himself. Thank you for doing such a great job and making a difference for these kids! 💪🏽

I just wanted to tell you what an excellent job you’re doing. It’s really hard coming in during the middle of the season and the team you took over is definitely one of our more developmental teams. On top of that we’ve had some unique logistical things this spring we normally don’t have

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor beginners I like to play simple sharks and minnows.
Kids dribble ball in a designated circle.
Maintaining control while still keeping a steady dribble.
We then send a shark(defender) to try and kick the minnows out of the circle.
Lesson 11+We will start to combine and scrimmage and play new games
