At this stage, players should be demonstrating noticeable improvement in control, speed, and awareness. Training will shift toward sharpening advanced techniques, refining movement efficiency, and applying skills in more game-like scenarios. Sessions will be more tailored to individual goals, whether that’s improving attacking skills, defensive positioning, or endurance.
As confidence and coordination grow, we’ll introduce more dynamic drills that combine foot skills with movement and decision-making. Expect a mix of agility work, dribbling under pressure, 1v1 moves, and passing sequences. These sessions will emphasize consistency, technique under fatigue, and improved soccer IQ.
These sessions will focus on building a strong technical foundation. Players can expect drills centered around ball control, dribbling, passing, and basic agility using cones and the ladder. We’ll also begin introducing basic footwork patterns and spatial awareness to improve overall comfort with the ball.
