About your soccer coach

I am a current NCAA Division III collegiate soccer player with a high-level playing background rooted in elite youth development. I have competed in MLS NEXT and the U.S. Development Academy, the highest levels of youth soccer in the United States, and have trained at professional environments including Fulham FC and Manchester United training facilities. In 2020, I was scouted by Southampton FC and invited to attend a trial, further shaping my understanding of the technical and tactical demands of the modern game. As a coach, my focus is on detailed player development—emphasizing ball mastery, dribbling at speed, 1v1 effectiveness, and decision making under pressure. I structure training to progress from technical foundations to realistic game scenarios, helping players feel confident and composed when these moments arise in competition.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSimple passing, dribbling, control, and technique drills
Lesson 11+They will understand how to properly dribble a ball at speed, put the right weight on the ball when making passes such as a through ball, pass to feet, or passes in the air. They will also be able to adapt to certain passes that come there way when trying to control a ball helping with real game scenarios. They will have a better understanding of the technical aspects of the game that will help them in their journey
Lesson 4-10Beginners will slowly be able to demonstrate mastery of small things such as control with the ball, passing, and dribbling.
Lesson 2-3An smaller advanced session from the first one, learning a little more technique and more of the basics to be able to perform the smaller things at a higher level

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIn my first advanced training session, I would focus on mastering the small but essential details of the game. The session would emphasize dribbling at pace, improving the ability to beat defenders in 1v1 situations, and making quick, effective decisions under pressure. Through high-intensity drills and game-realistic scenarios, I would help the player translate technical skills into match situations while building confidence on the ball. (All depend on players position)
Lesson 11+From session eleven onward, the primary focus will be on applying previously learned techniques within realistic in-game scenarios. Training will emphasize reading the game, recognizing cues, and executing technical skills under match-level pressure. By consistently recreating common game situations, the player will develop confidence, composure, and instinctive decision making when these moments arise in competition.
Lesson 4-10In sessions four through ten, the focus will shift toward advanced ball mastery now that the player can confidently control the ball at speed. These sessions will emphasize fine details such as close control in tight spaces, quick changes of direction, feints, and manipulating the ball to create separation from defenders. Training will remain high-tempo and detail-oriented, ensuring technical sharpness while reinforcing decision making and execution in realistic match scenarios. (All depend on players position)
Lesson 2-3In sessions two and three, we will continue building on the technical foundation established in the first session, reinforcing key skills such as dribbling at pace, 1v1 attacking, and decision making. These sessions will place greater emphasis on detail, including body positioning, first touch direction, and timing of actions under increased pressure. By progressively increasing intensity and complexity, the player will be challenged to execute skills with consistency and precision in game-like situations. (All depend on players position)
