Worked with coach Ortega for like a couple of weeks and I can see im better than I was before im faster and my shooting has gotten better! He will develop better footwork and will emphasis the right time to dribble and always pushes you to do 2 touch soccer! Elite level coach!

Your first lessonStretching exercises first then move into more static exercises.

Lesson 11+Shooting from distance 15yrd to 25 yrds with accuracy and passing without having to over dribble. Goalkeepers hand eye coordination, distribution from the back. Positioning. Punting with accuracy.

Lesson 4-10Dribbling between 5yrds to 10yrds without losing the soccer ball, shooting with accuracy. Goalkeepers hand positioning and commanding your box. Side diving and shuffling line to line across goal.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonStretching, core exercises and running. Importance of nutrition and hydration. Light feet work movement and passing.

Lesson 11+Develop advanced dribbling techniques when to attack and defend an opponent. Shooting from distance with accuracy. Goalkeepers vocal within box and communicate to players on your field. Develop hand eye coordination to advance levels.

Lesson 2-3Passing and long passing drills, shooting and headed balls (depending on age). Goalkeepers will learn how to dive and get up quickly. Passing with accuracy.
