Your first lessonI will start with a quick introduction and a relaxed conversation. The goal is to make you feel comfortable—no pressure, just getting familiar with the environment.
2. Dynamic Warm-Up (10–15 min)
Light jogging, movement exercises, and coordination work to get your body ready. This helps prevent injury and builds basic athletic habits.
3. Ball Familiarity (15–20 min)
This is where beginners really start:
Dribbling with both feet
Simple control touches
Getting comfortable with the ball at your feet
4. Basic Skills Training (15–20 min)
You’ll work on:
Passing technique
First touch
Simple movement with the ball
Nothing complicated—just building a solid foundation.
5. Fun Game or Challenge (10–15 min)
A small game or activity to apply what you learned. This keeps things enjoyable and helps learning stick.
6. Wrap-Up & Feedback (5 min)
You’ll get simple, positive feedback and maybe 1–2 things to practice on your own.

Lesson 4-10Focus: Making better decisions with pressure nearby
What they’ll do:
Ball mastery warm-up (faster touches, more control)
1v1 attacking & defending – when to go, when to protect the ball
Shielding & turning – keeping possession under pressure
Quick decision drills – limited time/space to act
Small-sided games (3v3 / 4v4) – more realistic pressure
What they’ll start to develop:
Confidence in tight spaces
Understanding of timing (when to pass, dribble, or turn)
Composure instead of rushing decisions
