Beginner training plan

Your first lessonI introduce myself to them ask about there goal. We warmup, show them how to hold a racket from the forehand side and the backhand side. Do some volleys then, then do some shadow swings, explain the lines of the court. Do some drills and then try to play some fun games and some rally

Youth players

Working with kidsI try to teach them in a fun way. Tell them the right grip and the right motion. Play more games and have fun while learning. Try to do new things every time and be creative.

Working with teenagersI will teach them the right grip for every stroke and the right motion. Give them a lot of instruction but we will do also games and points. Motivate them and try to make them like the game and get better. Tell them the rules of how to play a match and play matches.
