Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearn how to serve on the fence using beginner β€œback scratch” method; step by step β€œdrop feed building blocks” to forehand/backhand (2handed) strokes approach.
Lesson 11+After beginners levels are achieved successfully then intermediate level begins with consistency outputs measured on a consecutive basis and to also include volleys and overhead shots as well as approach shots moving from baseline to service line to the net.
Lesson 2-3More comprehensive training in the basics of techniques of hand, eye, ear and footworking coordination with corrective measures and critical thinking skills to improve and remember learning tools to apply more building blocks each session.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAdvanced levels can only be achieved after successful, beginner, and intermediate levels. Advanced level strokes, first involved, understanding, core concepts that differ from intermediate or beginner levels. Baseline drills are Incorporated with student demonstrating advanced ball control techniques using slice, topspin and flat strokes built-in with power added on resulting in a more comprehensive stroke construction. Also lessons drills are more competitive instead of fun with tactics and strategy applications, integrated into students game plans for matchplay. The goal of the advanced student is to put their games on auto pilot, allowing the players to feel comfortable using their skill level on court against other advanced level players.
Lesson 11+Avoiding injuries building stamina and endurance and training with a purpose to succeed. Maximize strengths while minimizing and eliminating weaknesses.
Lesson 4-10Ability to strike first w/o missing your mark on court using speed and agility to recover quickly while pressuring your opponents into mistakes. The mental game is a must have to control shot selection for out thinking your opponents.
Lesson 2-3Baseline drills include ally rally against pro pressured points for accuracy, aim and ability to challenge. Cross court/down the line including figure β€œ8” drills using placement and power with touch and finesse using drop shots and half volleys utilized. Advance serving techniques for increased power and placement on both first and second serves.
