Your first lessonI like to start with getting an idea about the level of the student so I can tailor my hitting and drill selection based on their level. I really try to make the sport fun first and foremost.
Lesson 11+After many lessons, we will go in depth on the strategies of the game and how to mentally approach the sport of tennis along with the competitive side of it as well.
Lesson 4-10Later on I will make sure they get a lot of reps so they can build off their skills and become more consistent.
Lesson 2-3Then I will focus on the things they need to improve on and do drills tailored towards those areas.
