Lesson 11+U. S. Open or Wimbledon ? Lol
Lesson 4-10We will now focus on improving your shot accuracy and control through various challenging drills. The introduction to the Serve will also be added as well as court positioning and strategy. Students will be rallying with the Pro in addition to drills to build a consistent confident game of tennis.
Lesson 2-3Next we will continue to build students Forehand and Backhand with explanations on the grips, movements,l and recovery. Teaching students to be their own coach by use of specific checkpoints. Students will continue to be challenged with the various Tennis Target Trainers and Teaching Aids The Volley and Court Positioning will also be introduced and added to the drills followed by Pro Demonstrations.
