Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start with forehead and backhand. That’s the best way to start, I usually bring soft ball that is intended to develop a strong feeling of the stroke.
Lesson 11+We keep practicing endurance and foot work. Rallies from right to right, left to left, cross and side to side. The students learn how to endure 30-40 shots rallies. A lot of footwork.
Lesson 4-10In the middle of the 10 lesson session the student is able to play and hold the ball - 10-20 times working on the stability of the game. Closer to lesson 7-10 we pay attention to the serve, because that’s the most important part to start real game with the score. If the student advances well - last lesson we warm up and play a real set, usually the student wins. If he doesn’t - that means I didn’t do the job:)))
Lesson 2-3After the player picks up quickly we move toward volleys, smash - that’s essential part
