Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will teach you the basics of this game like rules, score, and essential equipment. I will also go over basic shots like the forehand, backhand, and volley. I will also cover proper grip, split step, and ready position.
Lesson 11+Finally I well get you game ready by practice real life situations by testing you knowledge and skills. Focusing on point construction and match play. I will also teach you advanced techniques likes topspin and slices also with teaching you advanced shots like drip shot and approach shot.
Lesson 4-10Now we will improve our shot accuracy and control on the ball by practicing forehand, backhand and volleys.we will also work on rallying with the respective techniques and simple game strategy
Lesson 2-3We will continue by refining our skills on the forehand, backhands, and volley whilst also practicing serve and consistency. I will also introduce court positioning and basic footwok
