Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn our first session, we’ll cover the fundamentals of tennis. You’ll learn proper grip, ready position, and basic groundstroke technique. The goal is to build a solid foundation so you can start rallying with confidence.
Lesson 11+Once the fundamentals are established, sessions will focus on live ball rallies and match-style drills. You’ll learn strategy, shot selection, and how to apply your skills in real game situations.
Lesson 4-10At this stage we’ll expand your skills to include serving, volleys, and basic point construction. We’ll work on improving accuracy, control, and court positioning while helping you understand how to build points during play.
Lesson 2-3We’ll reinforce your fundamentals by improving forehand and backhand technique while introducing movement and footwork patterns. You’ll also begin practicing controlled rallies and developing consistency.
