Beginner training plan

Your first lessonWarm-up, basic grip & stance, forehand and backhand intro, simple rally drills, light serving practice.

Lesson 11+Refine technique, introduce advanced spins, tactical drills, match strategy, mental skills.

Lesson 4-10Build rally length, add topspin/backspin, serve technique, return of serve, basic match play.

Lesson 2-3Reinforce grips, improve consistency, add footwork patterns, intro to volleys and overheads.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

At 23 years old, I bring passion and loyalty to everything I do. Originally from Sweden, I spent over 6 years coaching there before pursuing my education in the United States. Tennis is my lifelong passion, and coaching allows me to share that passion while helping others achieve their full potential on and off the court.
