Your first lessonMy first goal is to spark a true love for tennis. We cover grip, ready‑stance and basic swing mechanics, then finish with a few easy feeds so the student feels the thrill of hitting a clean ball.
Lesson 11+Now we add strategy: court positioning, shot selection, basic patterns (cross‑court vs. down‑the‑line) and point construction. Sessions mix live ball, mini‑matches and mental‑game tips to turn skills into match‑ready play.
Lesson 4-10Focus shifts to balance and movement. We drill split‑step timing, lateral shuffles and recovery steps, while adding topspin, volleys and serve fundamentals. Consistency and confidence rise quickly.
Lesson 2-3We build rally skills: short‑court forehand and backhand, simple footwork patterns and a soft introduction to the serve. By the end of lesson 3 most beginners can keep a 5‑ball rally with me.
