Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst thing we will do is work on how the racquet is held, the ready position and rules of tennis.
Lesson 11+Basic instruction and lots of repetition
Lesson 4-10Making sure you are comfortable with your choices for your game.
Lesson 2-3Trying to make connection with the ball and deciding whether you are a two handed on one handed type of player.
