Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIf its a kid (3yrs old).We start of with the ball skills, co ordination skills, develop ABC’s.
Lesson 11+Kid should be able to serve, rally and score.Play a mini tennis match.
Lesson 4-10refine their strokes, and potentially start incorporating some basic game play and drills, while also learning more about the rules and strategy
Lesson 2-3We build upon the basics learned in the first, focusing on hitting the ball with the racket, refining footwork, and practicing basic strokes like the forehand, with an emphasis on hand-eye coordination and court awareness
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonfocus on refining existing skills, addressing specific weaknesses, and exploring advanced techniques or strategies to elevate their game further
Lesson 11+refine existing skills, improve consistency, and potentially add new shots or strategies to their game through eleven tennis lessons, focusing on areas like footwork, shot selection, and match play.
