Your first lessonThe first thing I do is assess the player’s starting point and what they need to focus on. We typically spend a lot of time on forehands and backhands.
Lesson 11+After 11 lessons, the player should become comfortable in point scenarios and be ready to start playing with other players.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 focus on building the same skills, while introducing rallying and point play.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons are a continuation of the first lesson, with progressions to improve upon the skills that are being built.
