Beginner training plan

Your first lessonClass 1: Introduction to Tennis and Racket Handling • Overview of the sport and basic rules. • Getting to know and properly handling the racket. • Basic stance and racket grips (continental and eastern forehand). • Coordination exercises: hitting soft balls in place (no movement).

Lesson 11+Class 11 : Introduction to Doubles Play • Differences between singles and doubles play. • Positioning in doubles: net player and baseline player. • Basic partner communication. • Doubles point practice with position rotation. • Mini doubles matches. • Practice matches with other players en singles and doubles. • Play the first full match.
