What I appreciated most was Hideki’s ability to meet us where we were and help us build skills right away. The lesson was engaging and practical, making it easy to improve quickly. If you’re looking to develop your tennis game, Hideki’s lessons are definitely worth trying out!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we'll learn the fundamental skills of tennis such as grip, stance, and basic shots (forehand, backhand, volley, etc) to get you started with confidence.
Lesson 11+We'll focus on improving your shot control and consistency. Also, we will start practicing live ball action and simple points game.
Lesson 4-10Next, we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes. We'll also go through footwork and basic court positioning to improve your game play.
Lesson 2-3We will spend more time and get more repetitions on the shots. Getting comfortable with the swing is crucial to becoming more confident.
