Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will go over grips, the areas of the court, and learn the first 2 strokes of tennis and their stances (forehands, and backhands).
Lesson 11+We will work on movement patterns and your ability to rally. Once we get a bit of consistency going we will move onto accuracy. While having a blast while doing so! Tennis is a lifelong social sport and I love to share my knowledge on the sport with you!
Lesson 4-10We will continue to work on consistency and work up to be able to rally, which is the fun part!
Lesson 2-3We will refine your forehand and backhand skills, as well as learn the volley and the serve. And practice consistency with all of the shots.
