Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will first study the basics of tennis; this includes knowing the rules, scoring, and the basic equipment. We will start with the most important skills such as grips, stances, and basic strokes to help you feel confident.
Lesson 11+Beginners can expect a patient coach, who will work with them at their pace. and fun practices. as well as a mentor to talk about future matches and 4k footage of their strokes to take home
Lesson 4-10Now we will improve your shot accuracy and control using ground strokes as well as volleys.
We will focus on rallying and start to teach you basic strategies for playing the game
Lesson 2-3Next we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes, and practicing consistent serves. We'll also introduce you to footwork and basic court positioning to enhance your game play.
Fun service drill is set up two cones in the ideal spot if the student can hit they win a prize
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst, we will evaluate how skilled you currently are. Then we will polish your fundamental skills whenever necessary. We will make sure that your strokes, serves, and footwork are accurate and uniform. We will analyze how you currently play so we can customize the lessons to best fit your play style.
