I have been taking small group classes with Juan Miguel for a year and a half - and my tennis game has improved so much. JM provides personalized feedback and his classes consist of a great combination of drills (eg, for consistency, preparation, improved form while serving) and actual game play. He will push you past your current level while maintaining a sense of humor and fun. Note that I began as a total beginner and am now able to compete at low intermediate level. Oh and finally - when I was picking out a new racket, JM texted me in real time and advised on which would be best. Really appreciate the individual attention and highly recommend!

How it works

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIn the first class, I assess the level of each player, then I start working on teaching them how to connect with the ball, positions, movements, and technique in general 🎾

Lesson 11+The idea is that after 10 clinics, the player should be able to play alone. Starting with the 11th class, the player no longer depends directly on me and can continue playing with me or alone. The student starts playing tennis as soon as possible and their economy will not be affected… You don't need to play for a year to learn, in 10 classes you can already play, then perfecting your movements will depend on you. 🎾

Lesson 4-10The player must be hitting continuous balls with me 🎾

Lesson 2-3We began to use the technical movements learned in the previous class, but now directly connected with me to begin performing continuous ball hits 🎾

I introduce myself as a tennis coach arrived 9 year ago to this great country. I have 23 years of experience as a coach, I have provided my services as the main coach in Venezuela, Ecuador and Colombia. I was part of the staff of both the Austin Tennis Center and the Pharr Tennis Center, located in the capital of Texas for 7 years. At this moment I'm in the beautiful city of Miami. In the last two years I have been working on the TBT program for ladies located in the flamingo tennis center in Miami Beach. I have experience working in the different categories and levels of tennis, I can work with beginner players and I can also work with advanced athletes because I have a good level of play...
