Evaluation
Mechanical correction and building good habits
Extending foundational skills and movement
Game play and strategy along with fine tuning all the shots in the book
The first lesson begins with a comprehensive evaluation of the playerโs technical, tactical, physical, and mental game. I assess stroke efficiency, movement patterns, point construction, shot selection, and competitive strengths and weaknesses. Together, we identify short-term and long-term goals to create a personalized development plan designed to maximize performance.
Lessons 2 and 3 focus on implementing the improvement plan established during the evaluation. Players can expect high-intensity drilling, technical refinements, footwork training, and situational point play. Emphasis is placed on building consistency under pressure while improving decision-making and execution.
During this phase, players begin integrating technical improvements into competitive situations. Training includes advanced patterns, live-ball drills, point construction, offensive and defensive transitions, serve and return development, and match-specific strategies. Sessions are designed to improve performance in tournaments, UTR matches, high school competition, and collegiate-level play.
