The first lesson focuses on assessing the playerβs athletic ability, coordination, and goals while creating a fun and comfortable learning environment. We cover basic grip, ready position, and simple swing concepts, along with hand-eye coordination drills. Emphasis is placed on getting the ball in play, building confidence, and introducing tennis fundamentals in an easy, encouraging way.
Beyond lesson eleven, training becomes more personalized based on the playerβs progress and goals. Sessions focus on refining technique, improving consistency, developing match strategy, and building confidence through structured drills and live play. Players continue advancing toward independent rallying, match play, and long-term enjoyment of the game.
Lessons four through ten emphasize stroke development, improved consistency, and movement. Players will continue refining forehands and backhands, while being introduced to serves, volleys, and basic rally patterns. We also begin incorporating simple point play, scoring, and tactical awareness to help players apply skills in real-game situations.
During lessons two and three, we begin to reinforce proper grip, swing paths, and footwork. Players will work on forehands, backhands, and basic rally skills using controlled drills. The focus is on consistency, timing, and understanding basic court positioning while continuing to build confidence and comfort on the court.
The first lesson focuses on evaluating the playerβs technical foundation, movement patterns, and match tendencies through live hitting and situational drills. We identify strengths, areas for improvement, and competitive goals, then establish a clear training plan tailored to performance, consistency, and tactical development.
