That lesson with Katie gave me clear, patient guidance and a tangible feel for each shot, and I left encouraged to sharpen how quickly I reach the ball, a little time cue to keep me focused.

Youth players
Working with kidsI use the quick start program with students I teach. This program uses a different level of progression for juniors.
Working with teenagersI believe technique is easily taught to teenagers. They can grasp more difficult concepts like top spin. Using an adaptive quick start program gives them a good feel for the ball to start and then transitioning to the adult tennis ball will help them in their all around game strategy.
What you need to bringWater, athletic comfortable clothing that you can move in, and sneakers.
What I can bringI have tennis balls for all ages and skills. I also can provide a tennis racquet in case you don’t have one.
