Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIntro to Tennis - background, footwork, intro to forehand, intro to backhand. Play fun and easy games.

Lesson 11+Intro to match play. Running drills and continue to work on consistency and endurance. *Review goals.

Lesson 4-10Review previous week. Warm up drills - incorporating footwork and technique. Go in depth and breakdown the swing - forehand and backhand. Warm up volley drills Intro to serving- type of serves. Where to stand. How to stand. Break down the swing pattern. Incorporating all aspects of the game. Run fun drills. *prepare for a hard workout.

Lesson 2-3Review forehand and backhand from previous session. Check in to see how much was retained. Intro to volleys. 1. Warm up without racquet. 2. Warm up swings 3. Footwork drills 4. Go over forehand and backhand - grip style, incorporating footwork and technique. 5. Play short court rally

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
