Your first lessonFirst class as a beginner will be how to hold the racket, different types of grips and the correct way of stand in the court.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11+ will be able to play some rallies from the back of the court , doing some serving and know how to volley in the net.
Lesson 4-10The student will be able to start doing some serving exercises
Lesson 2-3Now that the student knows how to stand in the court and what’s the correct grip for him/her , we should start doing some warm up from the middle of the court, using basket and doing some side steps exercises

Working with teenagersThe most important thing is to make them feel comfortable with the coach and start doing some basic tennis exercises.
