Advanced training plan

Your first lesson • Warm-up & mobility exercises • Introduction to grip types • Basic forehand and backhand technique (focus on stance, swing path, and contact point) • Simple rallying drills to establish consistency • Serve fundamentals: stance and ball toss • Cool-down & reflection on goals

Lesson 11+ • Advanced stroke development • Advanced tactical play: exploiting opponent weaknesses, building winning patterns • Singles and doubles strategies (serve + volley, poaching, formations) • Tournament preparation: pre-match routines and recovery methods • Ongoing fitness development: strength training, injury prevention, mobility work

Fluent in both English and Russian, I bring over 15 years of tennis experience to the court. I started playing at age 6 in Belarus, training under several private coaches who gave me a strong foundation in technique, strategy, fitness, and discipline. My playing career included competing in national tournaments, where I developed the skills and mindset I now pass on to my students. I began coaching as an assistant in 2017 and became a full coach in 2020. Since moving to Florida in 2021, I’ve continued helping players of all levels: from beginners learning the basics to advanced students.
