Lesson 11+Time to get in the court with rallies, balls back and forth start to hit the serve and play out points.
Lesson 4-10Start to get the feeling and some consistency at the shots. The students are going to train a lot through their volley, overhead and serve.
Lesson 2-3Start fitness, footwork, strength training by using tennis strategies and techniques. Focus mostly on the two groundstrokes so the student understand the importance of them.
