Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI want to spend the first lesson assessing one’s game, such as: footwork, ground strokes, timing, and decision-making. After a few rallies, we will then partake in drills, where I will make minor tweaks to their game that will make a huge difference in the long run.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI will asses the player’s overall strengths/weaknesses, their tendencies, and their patterns. I will then ask questions to view how they see the game; while also giving input. We will then partake in heavy live ball drills, ending with situation-based point play.
