Beginner training plan

Your first lessonGo through drills to understand the feeling of hitting the ball with your racket.

Lesson 11+Assessment Test from Lessons 1-10.

Lesson 4-10Learn how to direct and redirect your shots. Learn how to hit a ball when the ball comes to you.

Lesson 2-3Go through the proper form of a forehand and backhand with several drills.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonAssessment Test for the first 30 minutes. And for the remaining minutes, I will work on the instant issues spotted. Moving forwards: either improvement on core techniques, or match tactic developments.

Lesson 11+Assessment Test again and the cycle repeats.

Lesson 4-10If: Match Tactic Developments, then drills based on that. If: Core technique development, then drills based on that and rallying.

Lesson 2-3If: Match Tactic Developments, then drills based on that. If: Core technique development, then drills based on that and rallying.
