I’ve been working with Travis for about a year now - I started not knowing how to hit the ball and keep it in the court to now being able to rally and play actual games. Travis also has fun group lessons that help me improve by hitting people of varying levels. Travis is really easy to work with and flexible. I highly recommend him!

Travis is an excellent teacher, he teaches all levels . I started private lessons and now I am part of a small Group. I progressed and learnt a lot . His Group Lessons are fun, interactive and cover all technical aspects.

Beginner training plan

Your first lesson-Learn forehand and backhand in open stance -basic movement in open stance using side step

Lesson 11+-continue to improve serve -have firm understanding of topsin -split step every shot -work in hitting cross court -return of serves -change of direction on the ball

Lesson 4-10-Learn closed stands and movement used to set up in it -topspin on forehand and backhand -basic serve -volleys -slice -approach shot foot work -dynamic footwork -rallying

Lesson 2-3- reinforce lesson one - learn karaoke movement - possible rally

I have been playing tennis for over twenty years. This is includes competing in junior tournaments, playing in high school and junior college. I’ve teaching for almost fifteen years. I teach all ages and levels. Many of my players have gone on to play varsity at the high school level. My teaching style is to start with the fundamentals and add more as the student improves, constantly pushing them to improve.
