Lesson 11+Reinforcing technique while focusing on live play and match points.
Lesson 4-10Getting you comfortable and confident moving around the court while maintaining solid form. Implementing more live play and introducing stroke variations, volleys and serves.
Lesson 2-3Dialing in on new fundamentals with repetition. This will allow you to form new muscle memory and develop responsive movement during live play.
What you need to bringYou’ll need your racket along with proper gear. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
