Your first lessonWe'll talk about the psychology and the physics of tennis and the basics of how to hold, swing the racket, and hit some balls.
Lesson 11+Eye cordination, court position, and lots of drills to be able to make the strokes feel second nature.
Lesson 4-10We will be hitting lots of balls and precision, and we will go over ways to keep the body healthy and away from injuries.
Lesson 2-3We will concentrate on footwork and positioning to be able to get to the ball and judge the distance with precision.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will go over bad habits and fine-tune to make hitting more organic
Lesson 11+We will get great cardio from lots of hitting and will discuss and go reading the opponents' positions on court to take advantage of their shortcomings.
Lesson 4-10We will be counting points to be able to work and hit under pressure and make wise decisions.
Lesson 2-3Lots of drills and great food work to get to the ball on time.
