Beginner training plan

Your first lessonIntroduce overview of (Tennis) lessons. We will be working on technique and positioning and tactical parts of the (Tennis). Learn basic forehand and footwork.

Lesson 11+we will look to get into match play. And look to fine-tune whatever holes you have in your game and seek to improve on groundstrokes.

Lesson 4-10Introduce serve, volley, overhead smash, and introducing rally patterns.

Lesson 2-3Rally practice. Focusing on consistency and control. Introducing two handed backhand and the proper swing path for the stroke. Review both backhand and forehands into a rally setting
