Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to basic tennis fundamentals — proper grip, stance, racquet swing plane. Basic ball-hitting drills from hand feeds. Also review of basic tennis terminology and scoring.
Lesson 2-3Review of initial lesson and progression of drills while building fundamentally sound forehand and backhand tennis strokes, all done in a supportive in court teaching and learning environment.
Lesson 4-10Reviews of preceding lesson and progression to more challenging drills while also introducing volleying and serving. Interactive hitting as well.
Lesson 11+Continued progression of more challenging drills and interactive play.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonEvaluation of all the players’ strokes through drills and interactive hitting.
Lesson 2-3High performance, challenging drills plus interactive hitting and fitness/footwork drills.
Lesson 4-10Progression of more challenging drills and practice play.
