Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI begin by explaining the basic rules and concepts of volleyball. I will teach proper form for passing to begin.
Lesson 11+We will go into depth about strategy in the basic skills and learn proper execution in situations.
Lesson 4-10After learning those basics we will begin serving and serve-receiving while incorporating what was already learned.
Lesson 2-3Once the player can pass, we will move on to setting and attacking, these will take longer to perfect.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFigure out the level of the player, identify the skills that need to be worked on (both by my observation and request of the player), and begin drills to strengthen these areas.
Lesson 11+The player will be working out any further kinks and showing off what they have learned.
Lesson 4-10Speeding up and perfecting in many skills and putting what has been learned into action.
