Your first lessonUnderstanding what they know and what they have concerns about. Building off of their current knowledge.
Lesson 2-3Agility work, going over basic pass, sets, serves & hits.
Lesson 4-10Getting into detailed movements and hand eye coordination regarding how to maneuver the ball to do what’s needs, I.e. downball, roll shot, hit, tip, set, set dump, push, pass, free ball, serve, jump serve, top spin, etc.
