I was intimidated by the practice of yoga at first, however, as Nicole guided me through different asanas & yogic concepts, I began to grow a passion for yoga myself! Every class I have taken with Nicole has been clear, productive, & I get something new each time I have my individual sessions with her. My confidence has grown a lot in other areas as well. Nicole’s classes have significantly helped me become more flexible, more grounded, & overall have improved my quality of living. I am very beginner in terms of my yoga skills, however, Nicole is very good with working with easier poses and gradually providing different variations for every pose! I was able to really grow while working with her, she is always very good at accommodating!

Nicole is a charm to be around. Yoga with her is a pleasure as well as easy to follow, calming, & my body always feels great after her classes! I recommend Nicole to anyone looking to learn more about yoga as a whole & for a good time! :)
