Paisley is a welcoming & kind teacher who honors the cultural roots of Yoga. They are skilled at blending meditation, breathing, poses, and relaxation into a cohesive flow that benefits the mind, body, and spirit. Because Paisley adapts their instructions to each individual student, I would recommend them for all skill levels.

If you are looking for one amazing yoga instructor, you have found the person! Paisley's classes have the best flow and never fail to make me feel strong. They accommodate everyone’s skill level and always have the best vibe. I am always looking forward to attending Paisley’s classes.

Paisley’s yoga class has helped me stay grounded, and I’m really grateful. The little bits of extra info they share throughout class have helped me ease into learning new poses without stress. I feel immediately safe and focused when I enter the space Paisley has prepared.
