From the beginning of the yoga session, Robbie set us all at ease with a lighthearted tone, but was also very capable to pull it to a more serene atmosphere with an opening mantra. His yoga lesson was very challenging, but also very rewarding as he adapted the exercises to our different capabilities, and also pushed us to try things we had never tried before like a headstand.

Rob is very good at encouraging even the newest of beginners and helping everyone feel comfortable in the learning environment. Additionally he will help those more advanced who want to learn more by coaching as much as they ask!

Rob was a great instructor that offered a rang of options. I enjoyed his approach to pushing me to improve myself, but also holding space for me to listen to my body’s needs. I am excited to take another class from him soon!

Rob is a fantastic instructor!! He gave clear instructions and was so friendly and helped us with our yoga positions on a group and individual level! 10/10 would recommend taking a yoga class from him!!
