I haven't trained like this before! I had a sugery and my abs never quite fused back correctly. She made me do quality & precise movements; and after a few sessions my lower back pain went away and my mobility started coming back! Thank you so much Steph, I will be working with her more often.

she takes the time to explain why we ‘re doing what we’re doing and provides information on healthy diets and healthy habits so I can fully see all all the hard work we do in the gym.
