Bio: For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to teaching golf, focusing primarily on juniors aged 5-17 while also offering lessons to adults of all skill levels. As a certified US Kids instructor and with four years of experience at SCGA Junior, I've honed my ability to tailor lessons that cater to each student's needs and aspirations. My background in high school and college golf not only fuels my passion for the sport but also enriches my coaching with firsthand competitive insights.

Bio: Unlocking your golfing potential is my passion! I've been a dedicated golf coach for over 15 years, guiding students of all ages and abilities to improve their game. Golf can be played the Classical way involving all of the intricacies of technique and math or it can be taught at the Quantum level. I am prepared to use both.

Bio: Just want to teach you to crush the ball and go low. I’m a 22 year old kid that’s won on the SCPGA Jr. Tour trying to make enough money to compete in tournaments. I’ve been obsessed with the game of golf for over a decade and would love to share what I’ve learned to those wanting to take their game to the next level. Bio: My golf journey has spanned 35+ years. Growing up, I worked at my local course in various capacities, but nothing brought me joy like the summers spent as a junior golf instructor. I competed in junior, high school and college golf. Today, I love teaching all ages and skill levels. I'm eager to share my passion and expertise. Bio: I’m Alex Sapalicio, with over 20 years of golf experience and more than a decade of coaching under my belt. I hold the course record of 57 at my home course, Alhambra Golf Course, and have competed in multiple PGA pre-qualifying events. My true passion lies in the game itself and in helping others discover and nurture their own love for golf.

Bio: As a Mexican American born and raised in Alhambra, California, I have deep roots in this vibrant community. I attended Alhambra High, ELA College, and Cal State LA, where my initial sporting journey began with baseball. However, it was Tiger Woods who inspired my shift to golf, a decision that has taken me around the world. I've played on 342 different courses globally and relish the opportunity to teach this fantastic game to players of all levels. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I'm always ready to offer lessons, play a round, or practice at the range. With a current handicap of 5.9 with the SCGA, I'm dedicated to both improving my game and helping others do the same.

Bio: I'm Katy, and over the past four summer school seasons, I've taught junior golf group lessons in camp clinics, catering to ages 3-18. Beyond that, I've developed my coaching skills through 1-on-1 instruction, working with individuals ranging from 14 to 55 years old. Back in 2017, I had the privilege of volunteering as a health & wellness advisor for a D1 Women’s Golf Team for a semester. On the competitive front, I've played against some top golfers like LPGA Rookie of the Year Jillian Hollis, Jessica Porvasnik, Clare Legaspi, Cindy Oh, and more. Before diving into our first lesson, I always start with an assessment to understand each player's personality, their mental game approach, and the unique ways in which they learn. From that foundation, our inaugural lesson will focus on observation—watching how you swing or play. After which, we circle back to mastering the fundamentals, complete with personalized drills. You get to decide the lesson's focus, be it putting, chipping, short game, or even a 9-hole playing lesson, all based on your golf aspirations. I believe in nurturing from within first. The ideal player I work with understands that a positive mindset is the foundation for a successful physical game in golf.

Bio: I am an amateur golfer from China with 15 years of playing experience and have studied with five coaches. My best score is 80. I started learning the sport at the age of 40, and my athletic ability is quite average. While learning from different coaches, I noticed a problem: they are too professional and don't understand that our bodies, especially as we get older, simply can't turn as much as they require. Therefore, during my practice sessions, I rely on my own exploration to improve my performance. Many of the issues I encounter are common among amateur players, issues that professional coaches who have been playing since childhood have never faced. So, if you are a beginner, if you are someone who is getting on in years, or if you have average athletic ability, I might be able to teach you better than a professional coach could.
